Our Group Fitness Classes has it all, and for every level—whether you want low impact classes or high intensity classes we have several to choose from. From Zumba, Kickboxing, Body Pump to Yoga, Total Tone & Step and much more. If you feel like stepin it up a bit we have Indoor Cycling as well! Please feel free to try a variety of our classes and enjoy your workout. Our Group classes will get you moving, and the best part, you’ll have fun while exercising. Classes vary by location.
